Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Ralelo for custom furniture design, restoration, or any other furniture services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All projects require a written agreement specifying the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project modifications. Final pricing will be confirmed in the service agreement before work commences.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

50% deposit required upon acceptance of quotation
Remaining 50% due upon project completion and before delivery
For large projects, staged payments may be arranged
We accept cash, bank transfer, credit cards, and PayPal

4. Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we strive to meet these deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

5. Materials and Workmanship

We use high-quality materials and employ skilled craftsmen for all projects. Material selection is made in consultation with clients. We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for a period of 12 months from project completion.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate measurements and specifications
Ensuring access to delivery locations
Timely approval of designs and material selections
Making payments according to agreed terms

7. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Cancellation fees apply:

Before work commences: 25% of deposit
After work has started: Full deposit plus costs incurred
Custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production begins

8. Warranty and Guarantees

We provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship. This covers defects arising from our work but does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse or accidents
Modifications made by third parties
Natural variations in wood and materials

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for consequential losses or damages arising from delays or defects beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Ralelo remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or use designs for commercial purposes without permission.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably. We are committed to fair and reasonable solutions. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
